    Fight to ensure that access to a free, high quality education is available to every child

  • Resolve foreign policy issues through ceasefire, negotiation, and commitment to human rights

    Assist developing countries with food and water insecurity, medicine, and educational opportunities

  • Integrate social work agencies and services to support first responders and police 

    End mass incarceration and invest in community alternatives to policing

    Mandate mental health services in all prisons and jails

    Push for restorative justice, rehabilitation programs, and second chances

  • Defend the right to choose and expand access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare

    Ensure reproductive justice includes maternal health and access for marginalized communities

  • Advocate for and implement common-sense gun laws, including universal background checks, and red flag laws

    Invest in violence prevention programs that address root causes and systemic factors

    Regulate businesses that sell guns

  • Defend voting access and push back against voter suppression

    Support reforms like automatic voter registration and ending partisan gerrymandering

    Respect Constitutional governance in that no branch of government has sole power over any other

  • Address climate change and environmental hazards with a focus on communities disproportionately affected by pollution and environmental neglect

    Invest in clean energy infrastructure that creates local union jobs

    Create eco-friendly, efficient, and quiet modes of transportation that reaches all communities

  • Address systemic racism and gender discrimination in housing, education, healthcare, and criminal justice

    Support reparative policies that close the racial wealth gap

  • Protect the political, human, and constitutional rights of all residents, regardless of immigration status

    Fight for a humane immigration system that keeps families together

  • Protect and advance the rights of all marginalized groups, including the LGBTQIA+ community, formerly incarcerated people (returning citizens), the religiously persecuted, and economically disadvantaged

    Create and enforce legal consequences for such inequities as ageism, antisemitism, racism, gender discrimination, ableism, citizen status

  • Ensure a reasonable amount of workers (doctors, nurses, administrators) are available to streamline appointments

    Elevate mental health care to reduce PTSD, isolation, and suicides

    Increase veteran housing programs

    Reinstate qualified workers to the VAs, so that all necessary services can be offered, and in a reasonably timely fashion
